Oro Interactive and Brimstone have confirmed a release date for their chaotic multiplayer game Super Battle Golf on Nintendo Switch 2.
You will be challenged to swing, shoot, sabotage and finish first by any means necessary, as up to eight players race to finish each hole with the fewest strokes.
To add to the mayhem, you can use weapons, power-ups and other tricks to sabotage your competition, competing across colourful courses in frantic matches where everyone plays at the same time and across platforms.
The publisher has outlined the game’s key features, which include:
- Battle Your Friends: Hit your friends with your ball. Ram them down with a golf cart. Fire an orbital laser from halfway across the map. Collect an assortment of items to stop your friends from getting any points as you make your way to the hole.
- Play Golf Together: Control the angle and power of your swing to strategise your approach to each map. Make sure to avoid sand pits, lakes, vegetation (and mines) throughout the courses. Score enough points, and you will be crowned the top golfer!
- Look Your Best, Play Your Best: Golfing is all about style, cool outfits make you play better, and that’s a fact. Choose from a plethora of cosmetics to create your own character: hats, eyewear, hair, facial expressions, golf clubs, and more! Have you ever tried playing golf with an entire chicken leg or a fish? It works, and you will look really cool while doing it.
Super Battle Golf will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide on 25 March 2027.
